One mailbox, one rule: if the question is about a toy, it is ours; if it is about an order, it belongs to the store that took the order. Three quick checks sort it.

1. Is it about an order?

   A parcel, a refund, a missing part, a warranty claim, a cancellation. If yes, open the order page at the store you bought from. They hold the order and we never see it.

2. Is it about a toy?

   Which one suits a four-year-old, how long a tank lasts, how to mix the concentrate, a line on a listing that reads oddly. That is ours. Use the mailbox below.

3. Something else?

   Press, partnerships, a photo of your yard mid-chase, a privacy request. Same mailbox; put the subject in your first line and we will route it.
