Popped too soon: fixes first, returns second

Most bubble toys that look broken are thirsty, tired or not primed. Find your symptom in the grid, try the fix, and only then start a return.

Motor hums, no bubbles

Try thisNot primed. Hold blowers nozzle-up for about 30 seconds and press again. Check that the wand ring is sitting in the solution.

Bubbles start, then stop

Try thisThirsty. A 4 ounce bottle empties fast in wind and heat. Refill before the tank runs dry and the pump pulls air.

Lights on, nothing spins

Try thisLow cells. Replace every battery at once with the type named on the listing; mixing old and new starves the motor.

Rechargeable toy will not start

Try thisCharge it fully by cable first. The Tiki Torch and the party machine run up to 45 minutes per charge and arrive partly drained.

Wand makes a film, no bubble

Try thisDried solution on the ring. Rinse under the tap, let it dry open, then dip and wave slowly.

Walking toy spins in place

Try thisUneven ground. The crab, the chick and the dino want a flat stretch; grass taller than their wheels stops them.

If it is really broken

  1. 1

    Open your order

At the store you bought from, on their order page. Returns, refunds, replacements and warranty claims are theirs to grant, within their window and on their conditions.

  2. 2

    Describe and photograph

A photo of the toy and the box speeds every claim. Mention which fixes from the grid you already tried.

  3. 3

    Tell us, if you like

We cannot refund or replace, but a listing that misled you is something we will correct. Write to [email protected].
